Recovered late payments for small business subcontractors from large business primes

Negotiated a complex intellectual property rights dispute with the Defense Department on behalf of a small technology company

Defended an Energy Department investigation into the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste depository 

bullet

Defended a claim by the Navy alleging cost accounting standards violations 

bullet

Managed the bid protest of the $3.5 billion FAA contract to replace America’s air traffic control system 

bullet

Defended the Justice Department’s $1 billion fraud claim involving the Hubble Space Telescope

Jack co-authored the ABA’s Guide to Fixed Price Supply Subcontract Terms and Conditions (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th ed.) He also co-authored the Guide To Service Subcontract Terms and Conditions (2008) for the ABA.
